Non Clog sewage submersible pumps are closed coupled compact design having a pump below the motor by which maximum liquid pumping is possible. Squirrel cage induction dry/wet motors suitable for operation at 230 volts1 Phase & 415 v 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC Supply a precision manufactured motor is achieved utilizing a laminated sheet steel production process combined with the highest standard of quality control. The drive shaft and rotor assembly is heat treated and the stator and wiring impregnated with varnished. This ensures a 100% quality manufactured motor with stable characteristics and a high efficiency. The bearing arrangements with double angular contact ball bearing with deep groove ball bearing give the best resistance to the radial and thrust load combination in a centrifugal pump. The bearings are enclosed with high temperature grease containing special Anti-corrosion additive. Non-clogging impeller design with the high efficiency, excellent performance and big passing of solid provide the best solution for drainage of effluent water. Below the motor impeller runs in a volute casing and the impellers are of sturdy construction and can be supplied in wear resistance material if the sewage contains hard solids. All SB sewage pumps have a standards equipment double mechanical seal or Silicon carbide which prevents motor from liquid being pumped. The seal has face made form T/C vs. TC which is fitted in separate oil chamber for long life.

TYPES OF IMPELLER BEING
Semi-open impeller embedded with a tungsten blade to enable cutting of fibrous materials to prevent clogging.
Vortex impellers create a hydraulic passage, allowing long fibrous materials to pass through without any contact with the impeller, preventing potential clogging by solids laden media.
Single channel non-clog impeller allows large solids passage preventing clogging and allow effective drainage/dewatering for higher head applications with solids laden media.
